WhatsApp reminders — in development

In development

An integration with WhatsApp Business is in development so that each professional can connect their own WhatsApp account and send appointment reminders to patients who have authorized this contact; patients will be able to confirm the appointment by replying. Patient consent is already recorded in the app; connecting the account and sending reminders are not active yet.

Reminders will be limited to the information needed about the appointment and will not include clinical data, diagnosis, anamnesis, progress notes or any other information from the patient record.

Each professional remains responsible for their own WhatsApp Business account and for the contact authorizations of their patients.

La Pelve is a clinical organization and record-keeping tool. It does not provide diagnoses, does not prescribe automated treatment and does not replace the professional's clinical judgment. No real patient data is used in this presentation.
