StockPort System — Inventory, sales and cash register

Product overview

StockPort System organizes the day of a small shop: products and stock, point of sale, cash register, customers and suppliers, team and reports in a single app. Each company signs in to the same app and only sees its own data. Access is by software licence.

Step 01

Register your products

Products with category, barcode, sale price, cost and minimum stock. Find them by name or read the barcode with the camera or a scanner.

Step 02

Control the stock

Goods entries from suppliers, adjustments with a reason and the full history of movements. Products below the minimum appear in the restock list.

Step 03

Sell at the point of sale

Cart with quantities, discounts and customer; combined payments in cash, Pix, debit or credit, with change; receipt in PDF. Each sale lowers the stock.

Step 04

Close the cash register

Opening amount, supplies and withdrawals, expected in the drawer, counted amount and difference, with the history of closed registers.

Step 05

Follow your results

Dashboard with today's sales, revenue and estimated profit, low stock and cash drawer; reports by day, by payment method and best sellers, exported to PDF or CSV.

StockPort System is in development and is not yet published on Google Play or the App Store. The video uses demonstrative data. The system does not issue fiscal invoices (NF-e) and has no bank or marketplace integration.
